Stepheco ("I", "me") is a web development business based in Limassol, Cyprus, operating the website stepheco.com. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Stepheco is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach me at contact@stepheco.com.
2. What information I collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, project type and message, submitted so I can respond to your enquiry.
- Direct contact: if you phone, email or message me on WhatsApp, I receive the contact details and content you choose to share.
- Technical data & cookies: depending on your consent choices (see section 4), the site may collect usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.
3. How and why I use your data
I use the data above to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver web development services, and improve this website. The legal bases are your consent (for cookies and marketing), steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (for enquiries and quotes), and my legitimate interest in running and improving my business.

5. Third-party services
- Web3Forms — delivers contact-form submissions to my inbox.
- Cookiebot (Usercentrics A/S, Denmark) — manages cookie consent. It sets one necessary cookie (
CookieConsent) that stores your choices. - Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) — measures how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) so I can improve it. Loads only after you consent, and IP addresses are handled in a shortened form. You can withdraw consent at any time via Cookie Settings.
- Hostinger — hosts this website. Their servers keep standard access logs (including IP address) for security and troubleshooting, and provide aggregate visit statistics that do not use cookies.
